I’ve Found My Colour

After many years of avoiding colour in my late 20's I think I might have finally stumbled upon a colour which I can get on board with.  Mustard.  I have to admit I wouldn't normally pick up anything that even had the slightest hint of yellow but whilst perusing around Topshop a couple of weeks ago I found myself being drawn into the golden glow of this mustard duster coat.

I'm not entirely sure if its the fact that I'm currently tanned, or if it's my new blonde hair but mustard is definitely my colour.  In sheer delight that I've made this discovery I also bought a mustard linen shirt to add extra mustardy-ness to my wardrobe.

See what else I bought ahead of my trip to Venice in a new HAUL video over on my YouTube channel:

I love that coat – it really suits you, especially as you’re so tanned! I think mustard is a colour I try and stay away from as I’m quite pale and it would really wash me out. But you look fab – loved watching the haul too 🙂

Oh Emma…… why are you making me so poor! Literally every item is perfection and styled so impeccably! You make it look effortless!

Only bone I have to pick is that I’m heading for ‘I can’t find this coat’ mega meltdown! It’s literally out of stock across the whole world and not available online!
    WHY WHY WHY!!!!

I am loving so many jewel based tones at the moment and though mustard, this sort of reminds me of the amber colour too. I love it with a vintage wash denim, they go together so well. Perfect on blondes too!
