Studded Hardware

Photography by Debs

I think it's pretty clear that I love a designer handbag and the odd pair of shoes, but I still love a good bargain and a good dupe.  Jessica Buurman is my go-to for dupes and you guys always ask me so many questions on the site that I thought I'd do a little post to answer them all...

Q. Is it easy to order from the site?

A. Yes. Admittedly most of my Jessica Buurman items have been gifted but I have also made the odd purchase myself.  Ordering is easy, and you can pay with Paypal.

Q. What is the sizing like?

A. From my experience I find their shoes to run a little bit small, so I always order the next size up.  I am a 40.5 and I ordered a 41 in these boots and they fit perfectly.

Q. What are their goods made from? Are they real leather?

A. Some are genuine leather or suede and some are not. It always states in the item description what they are made of. These boots for example are PU, but they are unbelievable comfortable. I've only had them for a week and I've worn them about 5 days out of that week.

Q. Will I have to pay customs fees when receiving my order?

A. It depends on the final value of your order. If ordering multiple items then most likely yes. I have only ever had to pay customs charges when I have been receiving more than 1 pair of shoes.

Q. What are the bags like?

A. I have to admit, I have become a little bit of a bag snob. My bags have to be the 'real deal' but I have had JB bags in the past and they are pretty good, depending on the style, for me they just aren't quite as good as the shoes.

Q. Is it easy to return an item of Jessica Buurman?

A. Fortunately I have never had to return an item so I couldn't tell you. However I have a feeling it would take a lot longer than say an ASOS return because they are an Asia based company. My advice would be to make sure you order the right size using the size guide so avoid having to return anything.

Q. How long does shipping take?

A. I normally allow 2-3 weeks for something to arrive, depending on if it's a pre-order item or not. I have hd a varied experience with shipping times, some have arrived within 1 week and a couple have been more toward the 3 week mark, but they are worth the wait.

I hope that helps guys, but if you have any other questions then do let me know in the comments below and I will get back to you ASAP x

how is the quality of the boots?

is it really worth it? I think I want to order them

As I mentioned they aren’t real leather but they are more comfortable that the actual Givenchy boots. I think the quality is amazing, the hardware is heavy, and they are just generally very well made. I would 100% recommend them 🙂 x
