Urban Boho

I only shot this look last week and since then our weather here in London has taken a dramatic turn back to Winter!  We even had some snow the week which is crazy given as it’s now almost May.  Anyway us Brits have a habit of moaning about the weather no matter what so even when the temperature starts to climb, I’ll probably be back on whinging about how it’s too hot.  There’s no pleasing us 😉

I always find that come Spring my inner boho starts to creep out in preparation for Summer.  There’s always been a hint of boho to my style but I go all out for the high summer months.  Over the last month I’ve been building up this years summer wardrobe, and I’m beginning to get a little vexed that I can’t wear any of it yet.  ‘Summer EJ’ is ready to be unleashed so I’ve been styling my outfits to incorporate elements of summer.  If you follow me on Snapchat then you may remember when I received this floaty boho top a few weeks ago.  I took it to Texas with me but sadly I never wore it, so it was at the top of my list to wear on a day that wasn’t of Arctic temperatures.  As you all know I also have a grungy side and I like to mix these elements together to create an ‘Urban Boho’ look.  I teamed the top with some black flare jeans, a biker jacket and my new Chanel WOC (a little tax free treat from T5).  I love the contrast between the pieces, it’s gypsy meets rock chick…with a bit of Chanel thrown in for good measure!

Love the colour of your top & how floaty it looks. Works so well with the indigo flares.
    Hugs Adele xoxo

I’ve just bought this top after seeing it on you and absolutely love it – one problem – what do you wear underneath?Xx

I just wore those little nipple covers, daisies I think they’re called. I have no boobs so to be honest the top just sits flat on me. You could also wear a lace cami underneath so the lace peeks through the gap x
